1905 Gustav Strehlow terminates his employment at Mechanische Netzfabrik Draeger & Manthey, Landsberg (Warthe) in order to found Mechanische Netzfabrik Gustav Strehlow in Neuwedell/Neumark.

1935

Walter Kremmin purchases the factory from the founder's decendants. The name of the factory is changed to Mechanische Netzfabrik Gustav Strehlow, Inhaber Walter Kremmin.

1945

In conjunction with the loss of the Eastern Provinces of Germany the factory could not be saved.

1949

After some time as director of Dresdner Netzwerke GmbH Heidenau/Dresden Walter Kremmin re-establishes the factory in Oldenburg i. O./Lower Saxony.

1967

Ilse and Eckart Kremmin
inherit the factory from their father.

1998

Dr. Hannes Kremmin, son of Eckart Kremmin, takes over the factory.

1999

51% of the shares of H. H. Kristensen AB, Göteborg were bought. The remaining 49% are held by the managing director, Mr. Martin Grunsky. H. H. Kristensen AB (founded 1880) supplies fishermen with

  • ropes
  • float lines
  • lead lines
as well as other related items. In addition fishing nets are rigged.

2000

The customer base and machines of Oberfränkische Netzwerke GmbH, Selbitz were purchased.
 
Oberfränkische Netzwerke GmbH was formed in 1945 as a joint venture between producers of embroideries and curtains. Among other things this factory produced nets which were processed further by its shareholders.
